The two-day International Conference organized on 5th and 6th December 2024 successfully brought together scholars, researchers, and students to present their innovative ideas and research across various disciplines. The event was a blend of online and offline sessions, fostering academic collaboration and knowledge sharing.
The conference commenced on 5th December 2024 with an online session. The chief guest for the day was Mr. Mohammad Zakriya, and the guest of honor was Mr. Masood Khan. The event began with a warm welcome to the technical chairpersons Mr. Tareque Laskar and Mr. Vikas Gupta, Dr. Pankaj Choudhary, Principal of BMSCCM, Dr. Preethi Stanley, Organizing Secretary, along with participants, guests, and students who joined online. Participants presented their research papers, and the session concluded with the announcement of winners.
The winners for the online conference were:
Dr. Sathya Thangavel (IFIM College) for her research on AI Integration in Language Education: An Experimental Study on Enhancing Business Communication Skills for the Global Economy.
Ms. S. Vijaylakshmi and Mr. S. Murugesh (Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai) for their work on Lung Cancer Classification – A Review on Various Deep Learning and Machine Learning Classifiers.
Both winners were tied for the first position, showcasing the diversity and quality of research presented.
The second day of the International Conference was held offline on 6th December 2024. The event began with registration of participants at 9:00 AM, where attendees collected their kits and prepared for the day's events. The inauguration ceremony commenced with the presence of the chief guest, Professor Sourav Mukherji, Dean of Alumni Relations and Development at IIM Bangalore, and distinguished dignitaries including Dr. K.V. Ramanathan, Director of Primax Foundation, Mr. Kishan Agarwal, Founder and Director of Systems Domain, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Desai, CEO of Thalesat Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Suraj Srivatsava, Head of Industry Relations and Career Services at IIT Madras. The dignitaries, along with Dr. Pankaj Choudhary, Principal of BMSCCM, participated in a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony accompanied by a soulful invocation song.
Dr. Pankaj Choudhary welcomed the dignitaries and participants, followed by inspiring addresses from the dignitaries, who emphasized the critical role of interdisciplinary research in addressing global challenges. Their thought-provoking insights set the tone for the conference. The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Preethi Stanley, HOD of the Management Department and Head of Corporate Communication.
Following the inauguration, the conference proceedings commenced with paper presentations across 13 diverse tracks, facilitated by technical chairpersons. These tracks included a wide range of themes, such as Artificial Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Theology, Language Studies, and various student-driven research topics. Each track provided a platform for vibrant discussions, intellectual exchange, and critical evaluation of innovative ideas.
The day concluded with a valedictory session at 6:30 PM, where winners from each track were recognized for their exemplary contributions. Faculty members, participants, the advisory committee, the organizing committee, and student volunteers were also honored with certificates and tokens of appreciation for their dedication and effort in making the conference a grand success. This two-day event served as an exceptional platform for fostering academic collaboration and interdisciplinary dialogue, leaving a lasting impact on all attendees.
